"BLIND FIGHTING" BLINDFIGHTING

Question: 
  "But with the blast shield down, I can't even see!  How am I supposed to fight?"

Answer:
  You can either use The Force or if you can't manage that, then you can learn
Blind Fighting which will reduce the penalties associated with not being able to
see your opponent in combat.

Your eyes can deceive you.  Don't trust them.

This skill improves your chance at hitting your target with either damage, skills,
or spells while blind.
